Shipping Guarantee
- All ground orders shipped from our warehouse arrive in 4-7 business days unless otherwise indicated.
- Orders placed Monday through Thursday typically ship the same or next business day.
- Most orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday ship the next business day (Monday). Orders are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, however, our carriers pick up packages Monday through Fridays only.
Shipping Policy
At PetDisplays.com, we don't charge our customers extra shipping for heavy or oversized items delivered using our standard ground service within the 48 connecting states. You pay one Flat Rate shipping & handling charge of $5.95 for ALL orders under $150 (for standard ground service only). All orders over $150 are shipped FREE using our standard ground service. This charge will automatically be calculated for you at checkout. All floor displays are shipped via standard ground service only.
All orders for Alaska, Hawaii, & U.S. Territories require Air Delivery. Please contact us at 1-714-838-PETS for delivery options.
Shipping Rates*
We offer Standard Ground (within 7 business days), 2-Day Air (2 business days), and 1-Day Air (next business day) delivery options. Delivery by Friday is available for most of our products for 1-Day Air or 2-Day Air service to any address in the 48 connected states as long as we receive your order by 1:00 PM (PST), Thursday for 1-Day Air service, or by 1:00 PM (PST), Wednesday for 2-Day Air service.

Picking Up Orders
Southern California pet supply retailers are welcome to pick up their orders placed the next day at our Tustin, CA warehouse.
If you are picking up your order, please place your order via phone by 4 PM (PST) Monday through Friday. Weekend (Saturday & Sunday) pick up may be arranged.
Cash & Carry Orders
We are introducing for the Southern California pet supply retailers a Cash & Carry concept.
These retailers can physically shop and pick up their products instantly at our facility in Tustin, CA any day of the week, even Sundays. Please call to let us know when you are planning on coming.
